  • ServiceNow webhooks

    ServiceNow connections can now receive ticket and comment updates via webhook instead of waiting on the next scheduled poll. Generate a signing secret and webhook endpoint from the ServiceNow integration configuration page to get started. Polling remains available and is still the default.

Improved

  • Syncro to Jira closure fix

    Fixed an issue where closing a ticket in Syncro without a resolution comment applied the correct resolution code in Jira but didn't set the matching status.
