About Nathan

Nathan Tremlett has spent over a decade in the Australian IT channel, on the vendor side, the partner side, and in the space between where the real work happens. Most of that time was spent helping managed service providers grow, building go-to-market programs, and figuring out what actually makes IT partnerships work beyond the slide deck. He kept running into the same conversation: an MSP would land a great enterprise client, then spend the next three months trying to make their systems talk to each other. Service desk teams copying tickets by hand, status updates lost in email threads, SLA reports stitched together from two platforms that never quite agreed. When he came across Support Fusion, that clicked. He joined as the founding Head of GTM because the best go-to-market is built by people who've sat in the buyer's chair, having been the person evaluating vendors, running partnership P&Ls, and trying to make co-managed service delivery actually deliver.
