Support Fusion release v32
New Autotask fields for resolved date and default ticket category, plus sync fixes for ServiceDesk Plus, Autotask, and the ServiceNow webhook connector.

Key updates in v32
Affected platforms
Autotask "Resolved date" field
The Autotask "Resolved date" field is now available for mapping as a source field, alongside the existing Completed date field. It reflects Autotask's own resolved timestamp and can't be written back to Autotask.
Default ticket category for Autotask
The Autotask integration configuration now supports an optional default ticket category, applied to new tickets created during sync. Leave it blank to keep using Autotask's own default.
ServiceDesk Plus and Autotask sync fixes
Fixed several mapping issues between ServiceDesk Plus and Autotask, including status and priority not syncing correctly, requester-to-contact mapping not updating on reverse sync, and category/sub-category mapping not updating on reverse sync.
ServiceNow webhook date format fix
Fixed an issue where visit and resolution date fields sent to ServiceNow via the webhook connector used the wrong date format. These now send correctly formatted UTC timestamps.
