At Support Fusion, we’re focused on making it simple for MSPs and enterprises to get up and running quickly. This week’s updates are all about improving the administration experience.

A smarter organisation tab

You can now manage the basics of your account directly in-app. Update your organisation details, invite new users, and see who’s already part of your team - all in one place.

Full visibility on billing

Keeping track of your subscription should be straightforward. We’ve improved the billing tab so you can:

  • Review your current plan and subscription details

  • Update your payment card securely

  • Access your payment history

  • Download past invoices for your records

More ways to connect with us

We’ve also expanded the help tab with two new options:

  • Book a success call – schedule directly with Greg & Steve to review your setup and ensure you’re getting the most out of Support Fusion.

  • Join theReddit community – we’re building this as the go-to place for users to connect, share ideas, and shape the roadmap.
