The first release of Support Fusion, establishing the core sync engine with ServiceNow, ConnectWise, HaloPSA, and Freshdesk, including field mapping, comment sync, and scheduled automation.

ServiceNow integration
ServiceNow is supported as both source and target, with full field mapping, comment and work note sync, and configurable closure behaviour.

ConnectWise integration
ConnectWise Manage is supported as both source and target, with ticket sync, comment sync, and integration defaults configurable per customer.

HaloPSA integration
HaloPSA is supported as a sync endpoint with field mapping, comment sync, and customer matching.

Freshdesk integration
Freshdesk is supported as a sync endpoint with field mapping, comment sync, and configurable integration defaults.

Bi-directional ticket sync
Tickets sync in both directions between connected platforms - changes on either side are reflected on the other in the next sync cycle.

Field mapping
Standard fields can be mapped between platforms, with support for directional mapping rules and configurable default values when a source value has no match.

Comment sync
Comments and notes are synced alongside ticket data, keeping both sides of a pairing up to date with the full conversation history.

Scheduled and manual sync
Syncs can run automatically on a schedule or be triggered manually from the dashboard, giving teams flexibility in how they manage integration cadence.
