Autotask is now supported as a sync platform, including field mapping, comment sync, and customer record sync with bi-directional mapping support.

Paratira is now available as a supported platform, with authentication, field mapping, and sync support included.

Syncro integration
Syncro is now supported as a sync platform, enabling MSPs using Syncro as their primary RMM/PSA to connect it to enterprise ITSM tools.

Attachment sync
File attachments are now synced between platforms alongside ticket content, ensuring that supporting documents and screenshots are available on both sides of a pairing.

Customer record sync
Customer records are now synced as part of the integration, with bi-directional mapping support for HaloPSA and Autotask to ensure companies are correctly matched across platforms.

ServiceNow and ConnectWise as sync targets
Both ServiceNow and ConnectWise can now be used as the target in a sync pairing, enabling more flexible integration topologies beyond their original source-only roles.

Configurable sync interval
The sync interval can now be configured per organisation pairing, allowing high-frequency environments to sync more often and lower-volume connections to reduce API usage.
