A significant platform expansion adding Autotask, Paratira, and Syncro, alongside attachment sync, customer record sync, and configurable sync intervals.

New
  • Autotask integration

    Autotask is now supported as a sync platform, including field mapping, comment sync, and customer record sync with bi-directional mapping support.

  • Paratira integration

    Paratira is now available as a supported platform, with authentication, field mapping, and sync support included.

  • Syncro integration

    Syncro is now supported as a sync platform, enabling MSPs using Syncro as their primary RMM/PSA to connect it to enterprise ITSM tools.

  • Attachment sync

    File attachments are now synced between platforms alongside ticket content, ensuring that supporting documents and screenshots are available on both sides of a pairing.

  • Customer record sync

    Customer records are now synced as part of the integration, with bi-directional mapping support for HaloPSA and Autotask to ensure companies are correctly matched across platforms.

Improved
  • ServiceNow and ConnectWise as sync targets

    Both ServiceNow and ConnectWise can now be used as the target in a sync pairing, enabling more flexible integration topologies beyond their original source-only roles.

  • Configurable sync interval

    The sync interval can now be configured per organisation pairing, allowing high-frequency environments to sync more often and lower-volume connections to reduce API usage.
