  • Time entry sync - Autotask and HaloPSA

    Time entries logged in Autotask now sync to HaloPSA and vice versa, keeping billable hours accurate on both sides of a pairing without manual entry.

  • Time entry sync - ConnectWise and HaloPSA

    Time entries between ConnectWise and HaloPSA now sync bidirectionally, extending time entry sync support to the ConnectWise side of the platform.

  • Autotask as a source platform

    Autotask can now be configured as the source in a sync pairing, with tickets originating in Autotask synced out to a target platform in real time.

Improved

  • Sync error visibility in history

    Comment and attachment sync errors are now surfaced directly in the sync history view, making it easier to identify exactly which part of a sync cycle failed and why.

  • Concurrent sync prevention

    Logic added to prevent multiple sync jobs running simultaneously for the same relationship, avoiding race conditions and duplicate ticket updates in high-volume environments.
