Release notes

Multi-organisation user accounts, ServiceNow catalog task variable and Assigned to field value mapping, Jira custom text field support, and Freshservice and ServiceDesk Plus reliability fixes.

New
  • Multi-organisation user accounts

A single user account can now be a member of multiple organisations. Users with access to more than one organisation are prompted to select which they want to work in at login.

  • ServiceNow catalog task variable mapping

Catalog task variables in ServiceNow that reference the user table now resolve to readable values during sync, rather than syncing the raw sys_id. Field values transfer as intended across platforms.

  • ServiceNow Assigned to field value mapping

Value mapping is now supported for the ServiceNow Assigned to (assigned_to) field, letting you map individual technician and agent values between ServiceNow and the target platform via the field mapping UI.

  • Jira custom text field support

The Jira connector now supports custom text fields. Configure any Jira custom field by its customfield_XXXXX key and it will be read from and written to during ticket sync.

Improved
  • Freshservice empty description handling

Ticket sync into Freshservice no longer fails when the source ticket has no description. Syncs complete reliably whether or not a description is present.

  • ServiceDesk Plus reconnect

Clicking Reconnect on a ServiceDesk Plus platform connection was returning an error. This has been resolved.

  • Sync error visibility

Several scenarios where sync errors were detected internally but not surfaced to users in the dashboard have been identified and corrected.
