    New configuration options give you finer control over which comments sync out of HaloPSA - including the ability to filter by comment type or visibility.

  • Same-cycle bidirectional sync

    When both sides of a ticket relationship are updated in the same sync cycle, comments, attachments, and time entries now sync in both directions without waiting for the next cycle.

  • ConnectWise to ConnectWise reliability

    Integration test coverage for ConnectWise to ConnectWise pairings was expanded, surfacing and resolving edge cases in company lookups and multi-board configurations.
