Syncro assignee and technician value mapping

The Syncro assignee/technician field now supports value mapping in both directions. When Syncro is the target, the value picker lists Syncro users for mapping; when Syncro is the source, individual technicians can be mapped to values on the target platform.

Syncro attachment sync

Attachments were failing to sync to Syncro when the original filename contained special characters. Attachment sync to Syncro now completes reliably regardless of filename.

Duplicate ticket numbers

Synced ticket numbers were being prepended twice to Syncro ticket subjects and Jira work item summaries in some scenarios. Ticket references now appear exactly once.

Settings page modals

Modals on the Settings page for creating and deleting org connections and creating custom fields were rendering greyed out and unusable. These now present and behave correctly.
