    ServiceNow relationships can now map a combined category/sub-category field, resolving to a category alone or a full category/sub-category combination, alongside the existing individual category and sub-category fields.

  • ConnectWise combined type/sub-type/item value mapping

    ConnectWise relationships can now map a combined type/sub-type/item field spanning the full board hierarchy, bringing Item into value mapping for the first time alongside the existing individual type and sub-type fields.
