  • HaloPSA ticket closure sync across all connectors

    Ticket closure sync from HaloPSA was previously limited to connections with FreshService, ServiceNow, or ServiceDesk Plus. It now syncs across all supported connector pairs.

  • Automatic retry for sync updates

    Ticket and comment sync updates now retry once automatically if they hit a temporary network error or platform outage, reducing failed syncs caused by momentary issues.
