Release 13 is now live

Product

We’ve just shipped release 13 with updates based on feedback from MSPs we’ve been onboarding over the past few weeks.

What’s included

This release focuses on practical improvements that came directly from customer conversations and onboarding sessions.

Agent mapping for FreshService

You can now map agents directly in the field mapping interface. This is particularly useful when your agents use different email addresses across platforms. For example, they might use their customer’s email address in the customer’s system, and their own company address in yours.

Multiple site selection for Jira

During the authentication process, if a user has access to more than one Jira site, you can now select which site you want to authenticate them for. Previously this required workarounds if users had multiple site access.

Embedded images for FreshService

Similar to the inline image support we recently added for Halo PSA, embedded images in FreshService comments now sync properly. Images appear inline rather than as attachments, maintaining the context of the original conversation.

ServiceNow improvements

We’ve made several improvements to how we handle catalogue tasks in ServiceNow, based on specific customer requirements we encountered during onboarding.

Release notes now published

Starting with this release, we’re publishing detailed release notes on our website. You can track all connector updates, bug fixes, and technical improvements as they happen.

As always, these updates include bug fixes and security improvements alongside the new features.
