  • Freshservice agent value mapping

    Support agents in Freshservice can now be included in value mapping configuration, allowing ticket assignments to be translated correctly when syncing to a target platform.

Improved
  • ServiceNow Catalog Task variable display values

    Variables on ServiceNow Catalog Tasks now sync using their display labels rather than internal system IDs, making synced ticket content readable for agents on the target platform.

  • Catalog Task status in field mapping

    Catalog Task-specific status values are now available in the field mapping interface, prefixed to distinguish them from standard incident statuses.

  • Freshservice embedded image attachments

    Images embedded inline in Freshservice ticket descriptions are now captured and synced as file attachments on the target platform, so no visual content is lost in transit.
