  • Freshservice to HaloPSA integration

    Freshservice and HaloPSA can now be connected as a sync pairing, with full integration test coverage and support for field mapping and comment sync between the two platforms.

Improved

  • Zendesk integration configuration

    The Zendesk integration configuration interface was improved, with additional fields available for mapping and cleaner handling of Zendesk-specific field types.

  • New line handling in HaloPSA from Freshservice

    Line breaks in Freshservice ticket content are now preserved correctly when synced into HaloPSA, improving the readability of synced notes and descriptions.
