Investigated and resolved a set of Zendesk sync issues surfaced through expanded logging, including improvements to reverse sync and ticket retrieval logic.
ServiceNow to ConnectWise reliability

Integration test coverage for the ServiceNow to ConnectWise pairing was expanded, catching and resolving edge cases in field mapping and ticket creation.
Platform infrastructure

Internal infrastructure and configuration improvements to improve deployment reliability and reduce operational overhead.
