  • ConnectWise to ConnectWise sync

    Two ConnectWise instances can now be paired for bi-directional ticket sync, enabling scenarios where internal teams and partners are both operating on ConnectWise.

  • ServiceNow to Zendesk integration

    ServiceNow and Zendesk can now be connected as a sync pairing, with full integration test coverage validating the connection in both directions.

Improved
  • Default team for HaloPSA

    A default team can now be configured in the HaloPSA integration settings, ensuring newly synced tickets are assigned to the correct team when no matching value is found.

  • Requester matching

    Requester lookup logic was improved across multiple platforms, with HaloPSA now matching by email address for more reliable contact resolution across large user directories.
