Custom field support
Custom fields are now supported in field mapping, starting with Freshservice. Values from custom fields can be mapped to standard or custom fields on the target platform.

Syncro asset data in ticket descriptions
When syncing tickets from Syncro, asset information associated with the ticket is now included in the description on the target platform, giving receiving teams full context.

ConnectWise field mapping options
The ConnectWise field mapping configuration now includes source and ticket owner fields, giving administrators more control over how tickets are routed and attributed.

Comment handling across connectors
Comment sync logic has been standardised across all platform connectors, ensuring consistent behaviour regardless of which platforms are involved in a pairing.
