Support agent names can now be mapped between platforms using value mapping, ensuring tickets are automatically assigned to the correct person on the target side.

HaloPSA sync filters can now include multiple teams, allowing more granular control over which tickets are included in or excluded from a sync relationship.

Freshservice sync filters now support multiple groups, giving teams working across several queues finer control over what gets synced.

The Freshservice category field now supports one, two, and three-level hierarchies, matching how categories are structured in complex Freshservice environments.
