Jira as a target connector
Jira can now be used as the target in a sync pairing, completing full bi-directional support. Tickets originating in any supported source platform can now be created, updated, and closed in Jira.

ServiceNow custom field configuration
Custom fields defined in ServiceNow can now be included in field mapping configuration, allowing values from non-standard fields to sync across to target platforms.

ServiceNow custom picklist support
Custom picklist fields in ServiceNow are now supported in field mapping, with display labels resolved correctly rather than syncing raw system values.
