ServiceNow to ServiceNow organisation relationship sync, admin failure notifications, per-connection manual sync control, and contact matching standardised across all connectors.

  • ServiceNow to ServiceNow sync

    Enterprise teams running multiple ServiceNow tenants can now sync tickets directly between them. This opens up co-managed IT scenarios where both parties operate on ServiceNow.

  • Admin sync failure notifications

    Administrators can now receive email alerts when a sync fails, making it easier to catch and resolve issues without needing to monitor the sync history dashboard manually.

  • Per-connection manual sync

    Manual sync can now be triggered for individual connections rather than all connections at once, giving you more targeted control when troubleshooting or testing a specific pairing.

  • Autotask target sync filters

    When using Autotask as a sync target, you can now configure contain filters to limit which incoming tickets are accepted - useful for high-volume environments.

  • Contact and requester matching

    The logic for matching contacts and requesters across platforms has been standardised and made consistent across all connectors, reducing mismatches during ticket creation.
