Foundation work for ServiceDesk Plus and Jira OAuth authentication, plus configurable ticket description formatting.

  • ServiceDesk Plus connector foundation

    Platform authentication and connector scaffolding for ServiceDesk Plus is now in place, laying the groundwork for full integration support in the next release.

  • Jira OAuth authentication

    Jira now uses OAuth for authentication on the settings page, replacing credential-based auth with a more secure and maintainable connection flow.

  • Configurable ticket description format

    The format of synced ticket descriptions can now be configured, allowing teams to control how ticket content is structured when it arrives on the target platform.

  • Zendesk connector

    Zendesk connector stability and field handling improvements, including better handling of Zendesk-specific ticket structures and improved error responses.
