ServiceDesk Plus moves from authentication-only to a complete integration, with full sync support, field mapping configuration, and integration configuration now available.

Jira integration configuration and field mapping are now available in the setup interface, allowing Jira to be fully configured as a sync endpoint without leaving Support Fusion.

Customer field mapping with value mapping
The customer field in field mapping now supports value mapping, allowing customer names to be translated between platforms that use different identifiers or naming conventions.

Syncro sync ticket filters
Syncro sync can now be filtered by ticket properties, giving teams control over which Syncro tickets are included in a sync relationship.
