Asset and company sync between platforms, ServiceNow to HaloPSA pairing improvements, ServiceDesk Plus private comment support, and Jira sync improvements.

New
  • Asset sync

    Asset data associated with a ticket can now be synced alongside ticket content, giving the receiving platform full context about the affected device or configuration item.

  • Company sync and value mapping

    Company records are now synced as part of ticket data, with value mapping support to translate company names between platforms that use different identifiers.

  • ServiceDesk Plus private comment sync

    Private comments and internal notes in ServiceDesk Plus are now supported in sync configuration, giving administrators control over what gets shared externally.

  • ServiceNow to HaloPSA pairing

    The ServiceNow to HaloPSA integration received a number of improvements including better requester lookup, field mapping refinements, and additional configurable fields.

  • Jira sync

    Jira sync reliability was improved, addressing issues with reverse sync ticket creation, project scoping, and handling of Jira automation-triggered updates.
