Asset sync
Asset data associated with a ticket can now be synced alongside ticket content, giving the receiving platform full context about the affected device or configuration item.

Company records are now synced as part of ticket data, with value mapping support to translate company names between platforms that use different identifiers.

Private comments and internal notes in ServiceDesk Plus are now supported in sync configuration, giving administrators control over what gets shared externally.

The ServiceNow to HaloPSA integration received a number of improvements including better requester lookup, field mapping refinements, and additional configurable fields.

Jira sync reliability was improved, addressing issues with reverse sync ticket creation, project scoping, and handling of Jira automation-triggered updates.
