ConnectWise to HaloPSA reliability

Integration test coverage was expanded for the ConnectWise to HaloPSA pairing, with a number of edge cases in comment sync and ticket closure resolved.
Ticket closure handling

The ticket closure process was made more resilient across platforms, addressing cases where closure could fail silently or leave tickets in an inconsistent state.
Sync engine stability

General stability improvements to the core sync engine, including improved handling of third-party API errors and better retry behaviour on transient failures.
